Taking a snow day from work, I chose to wander and explore the trails of the Potapsco River Valley State Park to see what I could capture. This photograph was taken in the Avalon portion of the Maryland state park. It showcases the many beautiful sights found on the hiking trails of the park. There are many historical ruins found along the trails, as well part of the B&O railroad that ran through the state park. In this photograph is one of the historic train over passes.
